Healthy Vision offers access to a national network of providers. With a variety of locations, your employees will have access to a participating eye care professional nearby. The network includes familiar names, such as:

  • LensCrafters
  • Pearle Vision
  • Sears Optical
  • JC Penney Optical
  • Target Optical
  • Many independent doctors of optometry

How the Plans Work

  • Employees can access care simply by visiting or calling a network provider
  • They must present their cut-out vision ID cards located in the member brochure to the participating provider.
  • Once members receive services, they make applicable copayments to the providers.
  • The providers file claims on the members’ behalf.

If your employees exhaust their Healthy Vision benefits, they can enjoy discounts through the Vision ONE value-added program. Members receive discounts on eye exams, frames, lenses, lens treatment options and additional pairs of contact lenses.

If your employees neglect their vision, it can affect all aspects of their lives, including their jobs and general well-being. The main purpose of an eye exam is to identify vision correction needs.
