For Individual and Family consumers shopping without a subsidy, the private marketplace is open. You can get a quote and enroll your clients in an off-exchange 2026 Individual and Family Plan. 

How To Quote and Enroll Non-Subsidized 2026 Plans: 

You can quote and enroll clients using the Shop & Apply link on My Business Manager through Nov. 1, 2025. Then you can use Blue Individual and Family Connect (EDE).
