Provider Enrollment

Enrolling with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice^® HealthPlan is easy. You will use our web-based tool, My Provider Enrollment Portal, to submit new enrollment applications for a practitioner or group, or to submit certain maintenance requests such as adding a network or changing the address for one of your locations.

We encourage you to review the available resources below to ensure you are prepared to provide all the required information to submit a clean application. As a reminder, only clean applications can progress through the enrollment process.

If you need assistance, you can call Provider Services at 800-868-2510 and when prompted, say you are looking for help with Provider Enrollment. You will have the option to say you need the status of an application or assistance with enrollment. Both will allow you to speak with a representative. If you need further assistance, you can contact your Provider Relations Consultant.
